The next cut off date for partnership model funding is 30 January 2024.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The leading company will prepare\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessfinland.fi\/en\/for-finnish-customers\/services\/funding\/funding-for-leading-companies-and-ecosystems\">a roadmap for collaboration<\/a>\u00a0and update it based on identified needs. Partnership projects must follow the roadmap prepared by the leading company and support the implementation of the leading company\u2019s mission. Roadmaps set out leading companies\u2019 views on the solutions, technologies and competences needed to achieve the defined missions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Applications for funding may be submitted for projects relating to the subjects described in leading companies\u2019 roadmaps. Funding is intended in particular for joint projects between companies and joint projects between companies and research organizations. Funding may also be granted to individual companies or research organizations or to joint projects of research organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Several calls are opened annually.\u00a0<strong>Next cut-off date is 30 January 2024<\/strong>.\u00a0Additional cut-off dates for 2024: 20 April and 30 August.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessfinland.fi\/en\/whats-new\/calls\/2021\/partnership-model-funding-call-for-companies-and-research-organizations\">Read the call text here<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.businessfinland.fi\/en\/whats-new\/calls\/2021\/partnership-model-funding-call-for-companies-and-research-organizations#stored\">.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Funding<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Research organizations can apply funding for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Co-Innovation project<\/strong>\u00a0involving several companies or research organizations.<ul><li>Minimum: Three companies and one research institute. One of the companies can be a leading company.<\/li><li>In principle, leading companies participate in Co-Innovation projects with some part of their own project.<\/li><li>Funding level: 70 % (if the project is involving close international cooperation, Business Finland\u2019s contribution is 80%.)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Co-Research project<\/strong>: an individual research project or a research project involving several research institutes<ul><li>The project must focus on a topic related to the themes of the leading company\u2019s roadmap.<\/li><li>Several companies must be involved in steering the research.
